Mindfulness isn’t just something I teach—it’s the way I live. My journey began with a deep desire to understand the mind, and human potential, and over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others find clarity, balance, and purpose. Through mindfulness, positive psychology, and holistic practices, I guide individuals and organizations to cultivate resilience, awareness, and well-being in an ever-changing world.

Learning experiences, including the Search Inside Yourself Program (Google’s Mindfulness & Leadership Training), the European Institute of Positive Psychology, and Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening, have shaped my professional development. As a proud member of the Institute for Organizational Science and Mindfulness, I continuously explore ways to offer practical tools for mindfulness, leadership, and personal growth.
